BATCAT is a community takeover. Original CTO owners failed to ​implement an effective marketing strategy and managed resources ​ineffectively resulting in diminished community engagement and an ​abandoned project. A new committed team of community members ​decided the best course of action was a new CTO. By taking over, we ​can introduce fresh perspectives, enhance efficiencies, and revitalize ​member participation. Ultimately, this shift in leadership is necessary ​to restore growth, ensure sustainability, and realign the meme coin ​with its core values and goals.
